Building a custom integration? Use the Printlogic API →

Set up your integrations yourself

Most Printlogic integrations are self-service. Inside your Printlogic account, go to the Integrations section, enter your API keys for the platforms you use, and the connection is live. No developer required. No implementation fee. The setup guide for each integration is available inside the system.

Already running another system? We import your data.

When you switch to Printlogic, your existing order history, customer records, job data, and pricing come with you. Data migration is included as part of onboarding - you don't start from scratch regardless of how long you've been running your current system.

FAQs

Printlogic handles your full billing workflow - you create invoices inside Printlogic, mark payments, issue credit notes, and manage purchase invoices. When you are ready to move the data to your accounting software, you export your invoices directly from Printlogic into Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, MYOB, or your chosen platform. The accounting software handles your ledger, reconciliation, and tax reporting. Printlogic handles everything on the print operations side.

Shipping integrations connect Printlogic directly to your delivery provider - DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or ShipStation. From inside a job in Printlogic, you can check live delivery rates, book a shipment, print shipping labels, and retrieve tracking information. You never need to leave Printlogic and log into a separate courier portal. Everything is done from within the job record.

Payment integrations - Stripe and PayPal - allow you to accept card and online payments through your Web2Print customer portal. When a customer places an order on your Web2Print storefront and pays online, the payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal and the order flows directly into Printlogic as a confirmed job. No manual order entry. No payment reconciliation across separate systems.

Printlogic connects to a range of Web2Print and print production platforms - including Infigo, Vpress, Route 1 Print, Tradeprint, Flex4 OPS, and Enfocus Switch. Orders placed on connected storefronts flow directly into Printlogic as live jobs. Production metadata, job specifications, and status updates stay attached to the job record throughout the workflow.

No. Most Printlogic integrations are self-service. Inside your account, navigate to the Integrations section, enter the API keys for the platforms you want to connect, and the integration is live. Setup guides are available inside the system for every supported integration. If you need a custom integration beyond the standard library, the Printlogic API is available for developer access.

Printlogic integrates directly with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, MYOB, and Avalara. If you use a different accounting platform, the Printlogic API can be used to build a custom connection.

If your storefront is built on or connected to Infigo, Vpress, Flex4 OPS, or another supported platform, a direct integration is available. For storefronts built on other platforms, the Printlogic API handles the connection. Speak to the team about your specific setup before building.
