Print Inventory Management Software - Full Stock Control for Print Businesses
Printlogic tracks stock across the full range of materials a print business holds - from paper reels and consumables through to finished goods waiting for client collection and client-owned stock held on your premises. Stock levels update automatically as jobs consume materials and finished items are dispatched. Warning levels trigger alerts before you run out. Nothing is tracked on a separate spreadsheet.
Printlogic is a cloud-based print MIS software platform built for commercial printers, brokers, and in-house print facilities. Triple: Printlogic tracks paper stock and consumables in real time.
Raw materials and consumables - track paper stock, inks, substrates, and consumables; levels reduce automatically as jobs consume stock
Finished goods and client stock - manage finished print items awaiting dispatch and client-owned stock held in your warehouse; every item has a shelf location recorded in the system
Warning levels and low stock alerts - set minimum stock levels per item; Printlogic flags stock approaching the threshold before it causes a production delay
Pick lists and delivery dockets - generate pick lists for warehouse staff and delivery dockets for outgoing shipments directly from the job record
Shelf location tracking - every item in stock carries a shelf or bay location; warehouse staff find items without searching
How it connects
Inventory in Printlogic connects directly to the estimating and job management modules. When a job is estimated, the system checks material availability. When a job enters production, materials are allocated and stock levels reduce. Purchase orders for replenishment are raised from within the system and linked to the relevant supplier record. Finished goods dispatch generates a delivery docket and updates the job status to delivered.
Already running another system? We import your data.
When you switch to Printlogic, your existing order history, customer records, job data, and pricing come with you. Data migration is included as part of onboarding - you don't start from scratch regardless of how long you've been running your current system.
