Accura Alternative - How Printlogic Compares to Accura

Accura (also marketed as Accura360) is a UK-based Print MIS that combines CRM, estimating, production, and Web2Print in a single system from one vendor. It has been in the market for around 37 years and positions itself at mid-to-large print businesses that want everything under one roof. Printlogic covers the same workflow - estimating, job management, production, invoicing, Web2Print - on a fully cloud-native platform with a monthly subscription, no contracts, and no upfront investment. Where Accura wins

  • Native CRM with email client sync (Outlook and G-Suite) built directly into the MIS
  • Strong one-vendor story - CRM, MIS, and Web2Print share a single database
  • Long track record - 37+ years serving print businesses
  • Dedicated account manager included

Where Printlogic wins

  • Fully cloud-native - no ambiguity about deployment, access from any browser
  • Monthly subscription, no upfront fees - Accura's pricing model is not publicly disclosed
  • Free onboarding and training included - no additional implementation cost
  • Print broker management built in - Accura does not cover this workflow
  • Faster implementation - typically days, not weeks
  • Independently owned - same as Accura, both free from acquisition risk

The Bottom Line

Accura is a well-established system with a genuine strength: the CRM, MIS, and Web2Print share one database, which removes the integration overhead that comes from stitching together separate tools. For larger print businesses that run an active sales team and need Outlook or G-Suite connected directly to their MIS, that's a meaningful advantage. Printlogic covers the same core MIS and Web2Print workflow on a transparent monthly subscription with free onboarding and support. Where Printlogic has the clear edge is print broker management, cloud-first architecture, and pricing transparency. If you run a mid-to-large commercial print business with a busy sales team, both systems are worth a demo. If you run a print brokerage or a business where cloud access and predictable monthly costs are the priority, Printlogic is the stronger fit.

A GREAT Print MIS - even if you don't use all the features!

I have tried a few systems and used Tharstern for 16+ years but for me, as a small print producer and consultancy, Print Logic is just great. It has saved me time and despite the few niggles and quirks, I use it all the time - couldn't be without it now!

PRINTLOGIC REVIEW
October 7, 2024
I have found the programme very easy to use. It exports the invoices into Sage, which helps with time management for our book keeper and eliminates the mistakes from manual entry. The reports are invaluable for marketing, so sales can see chase up quotes that have not been taken up, and chase clients who have not ordered for a certain period of time.
